of extra sensory perception abilities used by

Grabovoi Grigori Petrovich for detecting the causes of

MI-2 and MI-8 helicopter accidents in December 1991.

We, the undersigned, the executor of the work Grabovoi G.P.

and the representatives of the Customer: Balakirev V.F. Chief

pilot-inspector of the Investigation Department of the Chief

Inspection, Saulkin V.M. the Chief of Engineering Information Center

of the Aircraft Maintenance Base and Nemtsov S.V. Chief engineer of

Engineering Information Center of the Aicraft Maintenance Base drew

up this Test Report to confirm that Grabovoi G.P. performed tests in

December 1991 mentioned below, using his extra sensory perception

abilities. These tests were performed in conformity with Agreement

No.9 of 02.12.1991 concluded between Soviet-American Joint Venture

"Askon" and the Directorate of Civil Aviation of Uzbekistan on the

theme "Nontraditional Methods of Inspecting Aviation Equipment."

In December 1991 using his extra sensory perception abilities

Grabovoi G.P. detected the causes of MI-2 and MI-8 helicopter

accidents on the request of the Inspection for Flights Safety.

The aim was to help Investigation Comission discover the

causes of the accidents at the shortest possible time and thus to

contribute towards the flight safety.

For his work Grabovoi G.P. used photographs made at the site

of occurence and gave his information based on his extra sensory

perception which was compared to the information given by the crew.

Accident with MI-2 helicopter No. 23290

Information of the crew: "Right engine fire in the air."

Information of Grabovoi G.P.: "Failure-free operation of the engines

in the air. The fire began on the ground."

The conclusion of Investigation Comission No.406 ѓЂ of

22.05.1992: "Failure-free operation of the engines in the air."

Thus the information of Grabovoi G.P. based on his extra

sensory perception was correct.

Accident with MI-8 helicopter No.25109

Information of the crew: "Back side wind influence."

Information of Grabovoi G.P.: "Failure-free operation of the engines

on the ground and in the air. Airborne weight is exceeded."

The conclusion of the specialists of Scietific Research

Laboratory, made after Grabovoi gave his information: "Failure-free

operation of the engines on the ground and in the air. Airborne

weight is exceeded."

The conclusion made by the specialists of Scientific Research

Laboratory confirmed the information of Grabovoi G.P. given by him

using the photographs made on the site of the occurence.

G.P.Grabovoy and representatives of the Customer: a head of

engineering and information centre of aviation and technical base of

the National Airline of the Republic of Uzbekistan V.M.Saulkin, a

head of the base test-repair metrological laboratory of Aviation and

technical base of the National Airline of the Republic of Uzbekistan

A.V.Shatilov and a senior project engineer of engineering and

information centre of aviation and technical base of National

Airline of the Republic of Uzbekistan S.V.Nemtzov drew up the

present report that G.P.Grabovoy has carried out the undermentioned

extrasensory works on the agreement N 9 of December 2 1991 between

the Soviet-American enterprise "ASKON" and Uzbek Department of Civil

Aviation on theme "Non-traditional methods of diagnostics of

aviation equipment".

On the incident happened with the aircraft TU-154, side number

N 85245 in February 18.1992, carried out the rum Tashkent-Urgench

G.P.Grabovoy by the side number - without any data gave his

extrasensory information before the presentation of materials on the

incident:

"The crew switched off the second engine on the instruments

reading. The cause of switching off is connected with the working

liquid of the engine.

The cause directly depends on the preflight time. During the

flight the temperature increase of the engines parts with the

coefficient 1.2-1.37" was observed.

Information was got by G.P.Grabovoy by his extrasensory

diagnostics on the side number, which he had got verbally without

the covering information and was transferred to A.F.Kim on 18

February 1991.

Data on the incident happened with aircraft TU-154, side number

N 85245:

"On the height of 9300 m the indicator showed "Not enougn-Oil"

of the second engine. The parameters of the engine are within

technical conditions at the climb of the given height the in-

dicator P of the oil pressure of the second engine begins to

illuminate. The oil pressure has dropped lower 2 kg/m2. The second

engine was switched off according to the instruments data. After the

grounding the oil leakage from the second engine bonnet was

revealed".

Sheet N 2 Report N 11/92

Conclusions: The crew switched off the second engine according

the data of instruments due to the working liquid (oil) leakage from

the engine N 2. At the oil leakage from the engine the temperature

of the engine parts was increased with coefficient 1,2-1,37.

As it can be seen from the obtained data on the incident,

extrasensory information by G.P.Grabovoy was fully confirmed.

in November 1992 carried out undermentioned extrasensory works on

the agreement N 14/92 of 04. 07.92 on the subject "Non-traditional

methods of diagnostics of aviation technique" between the State

introduction scientific and production enterprise "PROGRESS" and the

National Airline of the Republic of Uzbekistan "Uzbekistan Khavo

Yullari".

At the presence of V.F.Balakirev, G.P.Grabovoy using

extrasensory methods determined flight time and height of the zone

during the business trip of V.F.Balakirev. The date of the work of

G.P.Grabovoy 17.11.1992, the period of the business trip of

V.F.Balakirev from 13.11.1992-16.11.1992.

On 23.11.1992 before the business trip of V.F.Balakirev from

25.11.1992-28.11.1992 to Zarafshan, G.P.Grabovoy gave within 5

minutes the following extrasensory information:

1. He described the man who would be first to meet V.F.Balakirev

on 25.11.1992 in Zarafshan.

2. The region for inspection of one helicopter MI-2 grounding

on the operative place in Zarafshan.

After the business trip of V.F.Balakirev from 25.11.1992-

28.11.1992 to Zarafshan the following was revealed:

1. After the arrival of V.F.Balakirev to Zarafshan he was first

met by the man the apperance of which was fully described by

G.P.Grabovoy V.F.Balakirev didn't plan this meeting.

2. V.F.Balakirev on 25.11.1992 planned to inspect two

helicopters MI-2 side number 20302 and 23261 grounding on the

operative place of Zarafshan. But there was only one helicopter MI-2

side number 20302 as it was indicated by G.P.Grabovoy before the

business trip. The second helicopter was on 25.11.92 in Urgench up

to the end of the month. When G.P.Grabovoy conducted the

extrasensory prediction nobody knew that helicopter MI-2 side number

23261 would be in Urgench because it wasn't planned. Thus

G.P.Grabovoy at the transfer of his extrasensory prediction knew

about the future events which were not planned during the tranfer of

information.

Sheet N 2 Report N 40/92

The inspection of the helicopter, carried out by V.F.Balakirev

in the area, indicated by G.P.Grabovoy revealed the deviation,

predicted by G.P.Grabovoy which was eliminated before the flight.

The flight was successfully completed.

In accordance with the results of the business trip of V.F.
